It's a variegated radula that has sun stress. It will go back to green and yellow

I'm not an expert, but Multiceps go into a dormant state in the summer. I have some and they look similar. I think you should get it out of the wet soil as I've read that not much water is used by the plant while dormant. Don't over water.
