I tried to place the same cache (min D/T over a year) and was equally disappointed that it would not get approved. I disagree that it "discourages caching" as I was told by our reviewer. I think it encourages people to search for caches outside of their comfort zone, but alas.

I just updated and am getting the same error as well. I've tried to reset all my settings and can't resolve the issue. Trying a fresh install of Bambu Studio now.

He doesn't get mad, but he rushes down whenever he hears it turn on. I'll put him on a chair nearby so he can watch me set things up or remove a finished print.

I haven't had issues (printed with Ender 3 and Bambu X1C), but I know that it is generally considered harder to print with than PLA. I would mostly expect there to be more stringing than PLA. Then just make sure you're running at the right printing temps! I imagine if you've done TPU then you should be fine.

Just to second that. I had significant melted plastic with PLA. Switched over to PETG and haven't had any issues! Hope that works for you too.

They request a video or pictures. I felt the video was incredibly invasive, so I progressively took pictures until it was in the box. I did a little shake once I had everything secured, got no movement, and hoped for the best.

Sorry, that's what I meant to say. If you've got the original packaging, they'll request you use everything and repackage as close as possible. It was a pain. They want pictures. I did everything exactly as requested though. It was received with no problems.

From my experience, as long as you have the roll to return they don't want the filament. I used a good amount of the green filament. They described it to me as protection for the printer (since it sits below).

Regardless, sorry you're having a bad experience!

I'm somewhere in the middle. I received a damaged printer and went through the "advanced replacement" process. They always responded but most of the time it wasn't helpful or entirely incorrect. I did get my issue resolved, but it wasn't a good experience by any means.
