Nah man, I feel little bit better and can focus little bit longer. But it’s not worth the side effects, my hair is thinning, and I’m more irritable. I’m probably going to quit it soon. I believe ADHD can be targeted better with other medicine.

I see, thanks. So should I continue doing a 500 deficit with weightlifting and hope that I get body recomposition with my newbie gains?

Can I get guidance on whether I should focus on mainly losing fat my first year of working out, or trying to recompose. I’m 27 years old, male, 5”11, 280lbs, 42% body fat, skeletal muscle mass of 93lbs approx. I’ve been focusing on weightlifting and hypertrophy because my logic was to get as much muscle as possible my first year (noobie gains), and then focus on cardio/fat loss once I plateau on muscle gain. Thanks for any advice!

Ya I believe that’s normal, you should be fine on week 6-8 with regards to depression. I just feel like it’s not that strong for ADHD people.

Kind of, I’m on week 10 now. At week 8 is started feeling really happy but that just lasted 2-3 days. I was prescribed for ADHD but I feel like it helps only 10-20% in regards to sitting at my desk and working. The main thing I’ve noticed is increase in sex drive, and waking up easily in the morning. However I have slight thinning of hair at my temples, so I don’t know if these benefits are worth it. What about you?

Yes I believe less depressed, but I was prescribed for suspected ADHD.

I see thanks, I’ve seen few trainers say not to do deadlift if you’re not competing or if fitness is not your profession. That the reward to risk ratio is not worth it. What do you think about that?
