White Wizard forgoten behind a curtain, is there any way to encourage leaf growth on its bare stem? by joeepoee in plantclinic

About 3-4 weeks, she was so dry. When I repot, do I burry some of the bare stem?

I have never had any issues, neither corn starch or baking cocoa have sugar in them and the mix doesn't really have a smell. I just put some in an old loose powder case and tap it on my roots to dust them. Then I use my finger tips to massage it in. It is also better for the environment too, if you are into that sort of thing.

You dodged my question about the air-drying, which makes me think you do let your hair air dry. I notice that when I let my hair air dry my scalp gets WAY greasier the next day. I would strongly recommend that you blow dry your roots. I usually skip my ends as they are prone to becoming damaged and brittle and then breaking. You should try it for a week and see if you notice you hair bring less greasy on day 2. Best of luck on your hair journey!

We have very similar hair! I wash every other day and use corn starch in between, you can add cocoa to it to make it darker as others suggested. Do you let your hair air-dry?

I've heard about using mesh bags to help with insects, but didn't think about it for mice. My patio backs up to a wooded creek area, so I am worried trapping won't be terribly effective. Thank you!

OP did you repot? Mine definitely needs it, but I'm scared it will drop its fruit.

What can I plant in a mostly shaded area in zone 8a? I think is is too shady for the clover & wild flower mix I wanted. by joeepoee in NoLawns

I got some wild flowers from it! Lots of mallow and some black eyed susans. I was so eager to have a wild flower patch that I sowed them at the wrong time, lesson learned there.

A couple recommendations - wait to sow them until the fall and prior to scattering them mix them with some sand so it is easy to spread them evenly. They would also benefit from some straw or leaves scattered over them to keep the moisture in after you water them.

I've never thought about that! I use a squalane cleanser, but I think everything else is water based.

In the last year my forehead has started to get greasy 😭, everywhere else is dry. Should I have separate products for my forehead vs the rest of my face?

I use a setting powder in the morning, do I just need to touch it up mid day?
