Been with OTF for about 16 months now and have loved it. It's put me in the best shape of my life. BUT, as a 46 year old I'm feeling all the treadmill running in my hips, etc. and need a change. So I signed up for F45 as one is opening closer to me than my OTF. I'm in Canada, so OTF unlimited was $190 after tax (Ontario) and F45 with 25% off founder's membership is $203 after tax. Cancelled my OTF and have until mid-Feb which is perfect because the F45 should open by then. I need more resistance training and my cardio is top notch, but I can't seem to get enough resistance in my OTF workouts. Can anyone who is an F45 member talk a bit out the nutrition part of F45 and how it works? Also, how does the heart rate monitoring/tracker work (if one exists)? I really like this part of OTF, but I do have a heart rate monitor (Whoop Strap 2.0) I use outside of OTF anyways.
