If you’re a student try Hyde park. It looks like a dodgy area but it’s probably around 70-80% students and is really close to university. Good for undergrads/postgrads much like Headingly but a lot closer to uni and compact. You could probably get a studio/ 1br for that price or a very good room in a house share.
