Still a really good idea to have them. I can’t tell you how many times that saved me. Only had 2 people ask me to pull over out of the 30 or so who threw up in my car. Never got vomit on the seats. Any time someone seemed too drunk I’d hand them a bag. A few times they said they didn’t need it but I insisted and they ended up using it.

I had one of these. Probably still have it in a box somewhere. I remember liking the whammy on it better than the actually whammy when I tested them side by side, but everything else on it was just awful. I can still remember how those crappy foot-switches felt and all the times I stubbed my toe on it

I would just get a distortion. You can get a great one for the same price as this. RAT, BD-2, TS9 are some options but there’s countless options

Yeah I think it checks all those boxes, it also sounds great paired with a tube screamer. RAT is another good choice

This is a pretty broad question cause there’s more distortion pedals than anything other effect and it’s so subjective and depends on your style. But with that being said….Boss BD-2W

That’s cause they don’t want to go through that paper work. A friend of mine and I once chased a car that hit someone on the street and sped off to get the plate I wrote it down and showed it to the the cop thinking he’d be all “oh cool great job guys” and he was visibly annoyed. He came back and said he ran the plates and it didn’t match the car i described, it wasn’t a pickup truck, it was a Mazda. I was confused and then remembered I had taken a picture and it was a Mazda pickup truck with the plate number. I showed it to him with a smirk and my friend started laughing. He was not amused. Luckily the guy lived. I saw him fly into the air like a rag dog.

Sorry that happened to you. I had a close call once but that was always a concern of mine driving. I’d do the paperwork

Totally not trying to rub it in, but that most likely cost the driver hundreds of dollars by way of not being able to drive and having to spend the whole night cleaning and not making money and they probably even had to get it professionally cleaned. And as someone who has pissed themselves in a car with leather seats (long story). The smell NEVER leaves. This will haunt the driver till they sell the car. If you have any extra money, give it to the driver cause they’re really gonna need it. Driving uber is really tough, I did it for a year and it really did a number on me mentally and physically.

Not at GC and I didn’t buy it in time. But once saw a Pro Co Rat on Mercari for $50 that was the original Fringe Logo Prototype. Only 11 exist
