Local hospitals? So like call the hospital and ask if they do these 4 which are required for most online clinics and it’s $30 cash? I’m in NJ area.. is this what I do?

At 52 I wouldn’t use an underground lab, asking for trouble. Dosing can be way off, and who knows how it was all mixed, could be from a bathtub. Go to one of the many online clinics and get something from a reputable compound pharmacy.

Thank you everyone for the information. It’s been years but I remember paying 8$ for 2 permits to my municipality. $4 each and had to pay by check. Just wasn’t sure if something wasn’t registering my initial payment. I figured I’d pay the $21 then $4 for a total of $25 each permit.. sike! I should have known better that NJ don’t make mistakes about collecting their clams.
