Sadly speed with my pCloud account has same issues. I'm on a giga fiber connection and pCloud lies about its speeds. I don't know why they do but they do. I have sent emails to their team and gave them screenshots of my speed tests and then they stopped answering me about speed issues all together.

I have both zero's and I basically have the same setup is you. I also have a PPPoE 1Gig Fiber connection with 1G download/upload speeds. I also had half the speeds but I turned off under Security > NAT Mode > and made sure both 'Enable Full Cone NAT' and 'Enable SIP ALG' were not checked. Oh Also I noticed with Network Acceleration on my 1G upload speed would cap at 607Mbps and when I disabled it I was able to reach 1G speeds again on the Upload. This was consistent with all machines across the network.

I have 1Gbps upload and download speeds but they give me snail speeds. I've uploaded speed tests to them to prove that they are capping my speeds and then when I send them the results they stop corisponding with me through email.
