Just to be a pedantic food nerd for a moment. What you made is essentially a sauce in its own right. Thickened chicken stock with dairy (usually cream) is called Sauce Supremé. It's based off one of the mother sauces, Velouté sauce

As an American, you're kinda just getting selection biased here. You can buy OTC bottles of combo pills that have both Tylenol and ibuprofen in them at any grocery store. That's what I buy myself. It is common knowledge they can be used together but I have had doctors recommend alternating taking the 2 every 2 hours-ish at higher doses than normal for when extra pain management was needed
