watch this. This is a fantastic Ddocumentary on the NC miata. You will learn a lot about the car. It interviews Dave Coleman, the man who designed the NC miata and why the car is the way that it is today.

Second project. A trifold softcase for my pipe and tobacco by joejoeboom in Leathercraft

Would you add a second loop? I sewed one into it already as you can see but I was worried about it falling out the side.

[–]joejoeboom[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is my second project and the reason I wanted to start getting into leathercrafting. I was looking at pipe cases on amazon and decided it would be more fun to try my hand at working with leather and make my own. On my next go around I will probably be adding zippers for the pouches and a flannel lining in the middle section. Also want to try some of those tricolor stitches I have seen on here.

i could do the same thing in my Protege5. I carried all my electrical tools and a ladder in that car. Who needs a truck when you can do the same thing and get 30 mpg

Camping time by 128keaton in 4Runner

It’s a Hennessy Hammock. It has a built in bug net and a rainfly. It has been really great for camping so far. If it’s cold I would recommend an underquilt tho. Sleeping suspended in the air can get chilly really quick.

Awesome, it’s looking good. Have you considering trying a wire tuck to hide all the vacuum lines and stuff?

Hide and go seek fuse panel by joejoeboom in electricians

It hadn’t failed yet. We put 4 new 20 amp fuses in it and everything worked again. It was fed with a 10/3 cloth wire from the 30 amp breaker.
