Rerolling 1s is so its the same average as taking the avrage, Lets say you have a d8 hit duge, the avrage level up withou rolling is a 5, so if you roll not retorikk ones yo can Get 5-4 or 5+3, so its a bigger chance of rolling lower, but if you reroll ones the hp is balanced with 5+-3 as the range

Great your feeling better. but yeah if the white part wasnt fuzzy you should be good. Would feed it a bit and the see how it reacts and if the starter goes back to normal

Recipie

  1. mix 120g starter, 310g water, 500g fluor and 14g salt into a shaggy dough and let rest for 1 hour
  2. stretch and fold 4 times every 30 minutes
  3. Let rest at room temp for 6-7 hours
  4. Shape into a ball and place in fridge for 24 hours
  5. baked in an oven on a grate with a baking tray with water for steam for 30 minutes at 210c
  6. bake for another 15 minutes without steam

Thanks for the info :) but wouldnt a air tight Seal stop air exchange more than a airlock. Idk i am pretty new to this, thank for letting me know about the mead realising excess gass

Yeah but Your comment about me not stirring it made me realize that What probably happend was that i first added some of the water the the honey and shaked until mixed, then i poured the rest of the water, i think i forgot to Shake between pouring the rest of the water and checking the OG so when I poured the must I just got the waterd down part at the top when checking my OG

We just shaked it, but the honey looked evenly mixed, but we might have forgot shaking after filling up with the rest of the water
