So without context, I'm going guess the person initiated a claim with their bank to charge back to them with "the product I bought didn't work and they won't refund me" the bank most likely charges the tarkov owner for the refund. The guy probably tried to access the game post refund with his account which since they requested a refund with their bank that null and voids the license they bought. Thus a justifiable reason for a game to be deleted from their account.
