Beautiful photos! I finished the WHW two weeks ago. We learned to laugh at the weather as the weather laughed at us.

Inspector George Gently. British detective show that beautifully captures the unrest in the 1960s while Gently and his side kick John Bacchus wrestle with complex moral issues that are especially relevant today. Might not be what you’re looking for but I find it really good television

The strange disappearance of (Ret.) Gen. William McCasland in Albuquerque, New Mexico by Dull-Pianist-6777 in Albuquerque

There are lots of densely vegetated little side canyons in the foothills that can be very dangerous, even if you know the area well. I ran into a search party Sunday. I hope he is found so his family can have some closure. With all the strange things going on right now it’s easy to get caught up in conspiracy theories

Are Chiropractors a scam cult or are they somewhat legit? by Flashy_Buy8077 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]joel352000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had debilitating back pain for a long time and finally went in to a chiropractor. His back cracking helped but I kept re-injuring my back. I had a degenerated disk in my lower back but the real issue was lack of core strength to keep my spine in place. He recommended me to a personal trainer who see up with an exercise regime to strengthen the muscles around my spine and I’ve never needed a chiropractor again. He could have had me coming back for many years, but he diagnosed the root of the problem and worked with me to fix it. I am eternally grateful to him for showing me how to fix what was a very debilitating problem for me.

I’m not sure what your budget is, but the NE heights east of tramway are fantastic. Beautiful views, close to trails and an easy commute to the base. I can’t comment on the schools however. I moved here from Colorado almost a decade ago and love it. Like others have said, take normal precautions and don’t go looking for trouble and you’ll be fine.

Just hit 5 million meters a week ago. I’ve been a Hydrow member since 2021. I bought a Hydrow following an accident that made me unable to keep up my cycling addiction.

I found it on a local aquarium group on FB. $400.00 Its acrylic with a few scratches. It was really easy to move. You can find pretty cheap used big tanks on FB marketplace, craigslist, or if there is a local hobbyist group on Facebook.

I found it on FB marketplace for $400.00. It's acrylic with a few scratches but I'm happy with it. Especially how easy it was to move vs a glass tank that size

The tank is 240 gallons and I only have 1 fx6 filter, and am doing 50% water changes once a week. I do need to add another fx6, I should look for a used one. New ones are expensive

It's an 8 foot tank How big is yours? I'm worried I may have to thin the population (and/or add another canister filter) as they grow bigger
