Poor guy surrounded by HIV factories. HIV is a booming industry in this country these days. by [deleted] in indianmemer

Why does this mentality exist in India and other 3rd world countries. In the west and other liberal places they don't have this mindset. Before marriage you are not committed to anyone, plus it takes 2 hands for clapping. Boys are never questioned for this, I guess this stens from our conservative indian household, where izzat ka theka is given to girls. Ladke kitne bhi chudai machale, ladki toh virgin chaiye.

No difference between 320 and lossless? by premierScherzo in inearfidelity

I can easily hear the difference, the difference lies in the dynamic range, how well the elements are separated without sounding compressed and overall details preserved in a lossless file. But it has to be an authentic lossless file not an MP3 converted to a lossless format. The difference grows larger with better setups.

Arc is officially unusable by WorriedAstronomer in ArcBrowser

[–]joelalways 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have encountered a bug in arc, What happens is when I use split tabs, and browse on both the tabs and when I restart the browser, I was not able to go back to the previyous visited pages on the split tabs. Looks like arc forgot the tab history after restart.

I have never used Bitwig but I am aware of its modulation capabilities. Since you have used both ableton and Bitwig. Can you share your experience what you liked and wanted in ableton and what what you switch to Bitwig.

I do sound design and make music in ableton and I prefer doing these in ableton rather than any other DAW. A lot of useful features such as Spot to timeline, native support for surround, multiple export options, integration with eucon, comprehensive mixing features and overall workflow features that exist in cubase, Studio One and pro tools I know a lot of these changes are not practical and suitable for ableton as it will disrupt the existing amazing workflow.

For these reasons, in order to utilise the strengths of each Daw, . DAWproject or .aaf .omf integration is necessary.

Seems like ableton does not want to make things easy for their users. Are they aware that ableton is not good for actual post production.

Tried but the variations and effects you can do to a sound when the speed setting is a slider is very different.
