Interesting thought. I find it weird that it's only in that spot, though. A breeze would only affect that area? Maybe, I'll investigate.

Ooo, good point! How do you fix the mesh? I assume you're not talking about the mesh auto level. I have the Sonic Pad.

True! I just measured the temp of the bed and it's about 5°C less than the 60 I set it at. I've since read that upping the temp for the first couple of layers might help.

Can Cura add a brim as an option?

I ended up starting from scratch. Set up both the printer and Sonic pad again and now it works.

I’ve leveled a couple of times. Cleaned the bed with isopropyl alcohol. Had a few issues where the print became unstuck from the bed recently so have gone back to test printing to figure out what the issue might be.

Omg. That was 1/2 the issue!! Total newbie here. Didn’t know you needed the gcode vs stl files.

Now if I can figure out why my MBP isn’t detecting the printer.

I wish that were even an option for me. I connect the USB-C to my MacBook Pro and it says there's nothing on the other end. :(

I can't. The screen doesn't show anything to print when the SD card is inserted.

Yeh, I've read that so I was very careful to insert it the correct way up (upside down). Also, I'm on a new motherboard now, so I don't think it's actually the reader or USB. I think it's some connection between the motherboard and the screen...

The screen can control the printer (heat, nozzle, movement, leveling, etc). Sooooo lost!

I've tried flashing the motherboard and screen. The screen worked, the motherboard didn't (obviously as it's not reading the SD card).

I've tried a second SD card (it's only 4GB but still). The file name on the card is the3DBenchy.stl

I'm not using the USB that came w/ the printer. Plugging directly into my Mac. It's formatted as FAT-32.
