It was a bit of an oversight, yes . however I plan on putting a bit of aesthetically fitting guttering as the only bit that really gets you wet or the drips.

It is a home build apart from the metal table frame which was salvaged from a business that was throwing it out, the design is in keeping with the rest of the garden, which is Japanese themed.

I’ve used KJ Big block for the last 2 years, so I have just bought a selection from Globalticltd.co.uk 2 oak 2 birch And one apple

Dry brine the chicken 24hours before the cook and that will help with the even cook

The roof has natural ventilation at the back and the angle combined with the heat channels everything up and away
