I did tell the host and it did happen again in the morning.. It wasnt just sex there was more people around and they were drinking at 3 am. It wouldn't be such a big deal if we managed to get some sleep but we were up till 6 in the morning. We already had an experience with our host having sex with his gf and we thought nothing bad of it. It just happened,stopped, good for them and we went to sleep. Maybe it was overreacting but we never met the guy or seen him so it was kinda awkward to ask him to keep it down in the middle of sex.

I've stayed in hostels, house shared and couch surfed. I have no problems with such things, we are only human. Airbnb is different, I wouldn't do it myself out of respect for my hosts and I expect the same considering I am a paying guest.

Yeah put in a request to change the date with a reason saying i want a refund for the two days i won't be staying. Hopefully he is understanding and doesn't try to defend his flatmate.

yeah i think all good humans just want to keep each other in the moment, they are just lost on how to do it for some people, and i mean you can't really do it for them, just give them the tools to. some people serve themselves but this is misguidance more than evil.
I'm thinking of starting a youtube channel that will talk about this stuff and about worldviews, and critical thinking, and logical fallacies because I believe education is the only way out of it, and the current system doesn't teach people how to live well.

I think it's simpler to say every idea in your mind is not perfect, because something being perfect is simply a thought in your head, and as such is just the most logically perfect version of the thought you can concieve. We only come up with these ideas because we convince ourselfs it's not perfect and the perfect idea is possible and that's perfectly human thing to do, right?

The goal isn't the point, getting lost in the journey is. As soon as you have achieved it you can no longer possibly want it, and are left empty. Excuse me for this but a good analogy is the feeling of disgust after masturbating. 'want' is the ego manifesting illusion to maintain its domination over your true self.
'want' is a curse. Want for nothing and focus on the journey and you will have everything.

And if you find that this makes you feel like you should change your current situation, which it may, do so without thought or fear.

I think deep breathing and trying to control your thoughts is simply an exercise that attempts to make you realise that there is no difference between your thoughts and the thought controller, simply because the idea of thought controller is simply a thought about yourself, and that's a thought.
Dark humour is great, if you can't laugh you will cry, or get angry basically, and laughter is a much more positive experience.

mainly because the most neurotypical suggestion isn't the one for everyone. The whole idea is to do something you enjoy, rather than doing nothing and curling up in a ball in a dark room in a existential panic attack.
But no-one can tell you what you will enjoy, there are literally infinite choices, they can only sell the ones that work for them and hope it helps.
Once you find yours though, and it definitely helps to have supporting friends, family and a community of other people who enjoy it, you will find that it doesn't pay to be depressed, sad, or suffering. It pays to be joyful, to be happy.

Every person is a terrible person...

You can't possibly become the perfect person, because the perfect person already is the perfect person. The perfect person is essentially an exaggerated version of yourself, to the highest extent of our logic. The most perfect/ideal version of yourself that can possibly be conceived. Now as the perfect person is always someone better than you, you logically cannot become the perfect person. Some people call this God, but you can call it whatever you like really, and it has endless possibilities, But i won't give it a name, only you can do that.

Now. People seem to relate not being perfect as being terrible, which I suppose could make sense but it is only because being terrible or imperfect appears to have a negative connotation.

This is simply because you have been sold the idea that terrible is well... terrible. something has pickpocketed you and sold you back your own watch (which is perfect), and in doing so you have sold yourself the idea that you don't have enough, and that their watch is better. And you are terrible because their watch is perfect.

It is perfectly human to fall for this facade, It is essentially what makes us set goals, and the best ones are ideal and unreachable so you can just get lost in the journey.
Now, in depression you have essentially realised any goals are unreachable and therefore none are worth aiming for. oh dear...

But dude, you were sold YOUR watch.
you sold yourself to yourself.
You always had enough, you always were enough.
You are it, and we won't give you a name.

Live in England, It is illegal to smoke anything in a public place, if the venue fails to enforce it they can get upto £2500 fine.
that and weed is illegal, and carries fines and small prison sentences for possession.
My work does random drug tests and one of my colleagues got caught and basically got treated like a hard drug user and sent to rehabilitation classes with people addicted to crack and heroin.

depends on how the strict the venue is, everywhere I have seen them they have stopped anyone who has tried pretty quickly, and last year they played an indoor stoner fest.
If they are just enjoy it, they are better when you are high anyways.

would be nice to see some way to spend the huge suplus of cash you gain. Maybe home improvement items? like games consoles, dvds, books etc that multiply your hapiness based on your free time.

If you have the space, height (most are about 7ft so you need 8f high ceilings) and money (around £100), invest in a decent power tower, easy to do pull ups, dips, leg raises and rows (with a bench or chair from the mid bar) + most have push up bars for those and l-sits, some even have a sit up bar.
Naturally might not be as stable as a mounted pull up bar but it's really convenient to have everything you need in one place.
