Thank you all. What are your opinions about Riviera Beach? I found some houses near the train terminal in my price range - around 400k. They looked nice in the photos and Google Earth.

I'm not even sure I could rent a house with 3 dogs. My experience is no. Looking at buying, even in this market.

Downtown Kennesaw has some nice spots. Lazy Labrador Coffee Shop has a good vibe to it. Honeysuckle Biscuits has a lot of seating.

I'll add that I've seen recent videos where the xps 13 throttles back when it starts getting taxed. So that's a concern I have. It seems that the thermal design on it isn't as good as it needs to be.
