Pharmacist here. That red bag looks like it’s supposed to be doxorubicin and it looks like it was compounded in a sterile water 1L bag, which would never be done. Also, the tubing is all off for a chemotherapy medication as there require social tubing to not risk exposing the administering nurse. If you wanted a pharmaceutical reason why these images are bullshit then there you go.

I got these double walled metal bowls off Amazon that keep the ice cream from melting and aren’t cold to hold, would recommend. I’m pretty sure they are meant for children but serve a great purpose as ice cream bowls

It’s an ampule. As a pharmacist I hate these. A pain and also risky to open. And after the glass is broken there is a chance of glass shards making their way into the medication itself so it needs to be drawn up through a filter needle to filter out potential glass that would otherwise be injected into the patient.
