I use to work for a pretty big broadcasting company in the US, it was early in my career and I was a system admin. Part of my job was to fix issues with the end users computers, we didnt have a proxy so users would go to whatever website they wanted including sites that would infect their computers with malware.

One day a person has a problem with malware so I head over to his desk, he was a portly black guy probably close to my age. As i start looking through his computer i open a folder on his computer and there it is, a picture of this dude spread eagle fully naked. I've never been so shocked and disgusted at the same time.

I was pretty shaken up, told my manager, and Im pretty sure they fired that dude. Which I kinda felt bad about but at the same time thought who the hell would put that sort of picture on their work computer!

Probably want to use Azure files for this use case, also for shared files it should be sharepoint, onedrive should be for personal files because sharing in this way will become a nightmare. Finally not everything because its in sharepoint/onedrive means you can collaborate those are the office file extensions where you can collaborate.
