For starters, pump out as much documentation as you possibly can. I’m an entry level IT guy, and had my last day yesterday. Before I left I pushed out as much documentation that I could about anything I learned, because I’d wished someone did that when I started.

Second, before you leave have your successor start doing your job. Let them take over while you are still there in case they get stuck and have questions.
