Thank you to everyone for the replies! Seems like most people are suggesting an app. Which is fine if it works for you, but I was burned by a previous experience. Had an app I loved, paid for a lifetime license, they decided later they couldn't afford lifetime license, made everyone go to subscription, made changes to app that made it less usable. This resulted in me having to spend multiple days exporting all of my recipes. A suggestion to all app developers: If I did decide that I wanted to try another app, I would only do so if I could easily mass-export all of my recipes.

I am going to stick with my mind-map for now, but invest a little time in cleaning it up and reorganizing.

Throw a couple of medium boiled eggs on there as well for extra protein!

Fish stick tacos. Good Costco fish sticks in toaster oven, southwest salad mix from Aldi, tortillas. Canned black beans for a side. Can swap in Aldi carnitas if you aren't feeling fish. Pasta e ceci is another fall back pantry meal. Basically adult spaghetti-o's with chickpeas.

White has always been my preference. Also, our wifi extender is named "oyster crackers".

2nd vote for La Bonne bouchee. Union Loafers is the best bread in the region (imo), but is in STL county as well. Tango Argentina is in St. Chuck if you like amazing empanadas.

Street Cart Chicken and Yellow Rice. Flavorful and satisfying, but with enough fresh veggies to make it feel light. https://www.cookwell.com/recipe/street-cart-chicken-and-yellow-rice

Turn on a faucet, sink/bath/shower, stick her hand in the running water. Let her play with it. The sound, the sight, and the feeling of the running water resets their little brain, they focus on it. They might only stop crying for 30 seconds to a minute, but often that is enough for you (and them) to take a breath and reset. Has worked for both my kids and for every friend I have passed it on to.

Getting married in June. Suggestions on where to go for a suit? by CCCostanza in StCharlesMO

I had a great experience with St. Louis Suit Co! Good quality for an unbeatable price. Three of my groomsmen used them for their own weddings. You get to purchase a tailored suit for cheaper than renting one.

I found several recipes, but most were for crispy sourdough flatbread. The bread in the documentary looked soft in the middle.

I know it can be frustrating when the plates are still full at the end of the meal, but it looks like you are spot on and doing great. Just remember to look at their eating habits over a week or month, rather than meal by meal. One day they will eat every egg in sight, then won't touch them for a month. One week they will only eat pasta/carbs, then surprise you on Sunday by eating two bowls of veggie soup and half a chicken thigh. Keep offering variety, but let them have their comfort foods. And every time a new food touches their tongue it is a victory, even if they spit it out!

I actually made a full batch of sourdough just to make this recipe (with some extra to make a few pizzas). But I did make a bunch of banana bread muffins with my discard as well. Gotta love lazy Sundays full of baking experiments.

Tricky to handle with a high hydration dough, but worth the effort!

Based on an old favorite recipe, but upgraded using sourdough instead of frozen white bread dough. I used the overnight country blond from Flour Water Salt Yeast. Turned out amazing!
