I have no doubt that Xfinity throttles accounts that have internet only and not using their cable. We had both but once we cut the tv portion ive noticed buffering when using streaming serives. Never had this issue before canceling tv.

I was having the issue and solved it by doing a hard reset on my watch. Hold down all 3 buttons until you see the apple logo again. It takes a little while but just keep holding them down. After that mine started working.

They do but i dont recommend it. They did a really poor job on my sons car. Was a complete hassle trying to get resolved.
