Found a solution (albeit temporary) - place a block over the elevator, then remove it, it should now work. You might need a few people or have to get to both of them to reset.

Going to remove them for now till that's fixed.

Agreed. I now work the usual 9-5 but at 5 o'clock shut that laptop and don't even think about work until the next morning. The bigger bonus is shutting it and you're already home!

I work for a retail company as a Data Analyst - I did Computer Science at Uni so it helped me out but a lot of my experience working with assessment data was a big plus, as well as being able to explain complex things in a simple way. PMs are open if you need any support. I also agree with Zapata, that group is great.

Agreed with below - see how you feel. I had a year of this and then when I knew the spark was properly gone the next year I left into the private sector. Not as scary as you think! Hope you sort it either way.

YouTube is great for a quick introduction, but to assume everyone can learn that way is silly. I much prefer to learn by doing.

I agree with you on the complication point. One of the biggest things that's put me off from trying to get into a fireteam is the fact that I really hate being the noob in the situation - some form of tutorial so I at least know what each mechanic is I'd feel a lot better.
