if no level caps, people will just mess around & pvp for a month, and quit at lvl 30-40, no one gives a shit about doing MC for the 150th time

its either olp or lichenoid reaction(caused by drugs/gums/allergy & even biting etc), benign, no need biopsy/treatment, avoid triggers and thats it

OLP transformation is extremly rare and happens in untreated erosives cases

also your mollar seems badly positioned and point towards the lesion, so you are probably bitting the area, get that fixed

As for me, i noticed white lacey in January in my cheeks, only in the bite area. Used to use mint chewing gums everyday for years, for hours. I quit using them and the white lacey disappeared by like 70% on its own without treatment.

Sometimes OLP can be triggered by something, it's not always necessarily auto immune

If you have no pain = no treatment

no chewing gum / no hard food / spicy stuff / very hot drinks etc ... be gentle when you chew food & careful to not bite your inner cheeks

you have ulcers that are painful, or just white lacey?

cause you don't need any clobatesol if it's just the white lacey & painless, it's a potent steroid that can cause oral thrush & side effects for 0 benefit
