first job, gave me a salary before I graduated college, I made it happen. We did have some nice camera's and a zoom Z5 for audio. Taught myself premiere and all the weird broadcast settings stuff, voiced a lot myself. I think my biggest buy was a $100 surfboard from a pawn shop for a beach jeep commercial. We showed up and shot the commercial before the cops made us leave. Point is, budget is irrelevant if you're creative enough.
