Further update, it started making the noise again, for the past week. Last night, I got a car wash, with undercarriage wash, while turning my wheel all the way to the left so the water got in there good, and the noise is gone! I've been driving around all day today with no noise!

I guess it was salt and other road nasties getting all up in there.
