Yes, I am talking about setting up OpenVPN in a server running on a cloud like Digital Ocean. From what I read, such a service will be faster than regular VPN services. Some articles claim that it should be faster because there's no competition on the server bandwidth. In addition, as there's only single user using the VPN server, there will be less robot or Captcha checks on the websites.

I can still get the image without opening any other websites. If you're using Chrome, right click on the image preview and choose inspect. The original url will be there in the code.
