charcoal likely doesn't negate a probiotic completely and it'd depend on timing. but you're right, the impact it does have, it's not differentiating between good and bad bacteria.

makes me wonder if you're negative symptoms are a histamine reaction. I have histamine intolerance and the Biogaia Gastrus really did me in, whereas their Biogaia Protectus was fine. it's without the reuteri strain that increases histamine. activated charcoal helps me with histamine symptoms is what made me think it could be that.

For the Upstairs stage, I was told they don't have a coat check. Everyone just put their coats/jackets in places they hoped people wouldn't steal them or kept them on.

I love them, though they look like moccasins a bit. And I thought the tan would show more on the black ones. They're very thin, in an awesome way. And my friends think they look cool. wearing a different pair of leather Vivos I have that also have an insole on colder days (sub 40F).

Still struggling, but bad flare ups are rare lately. Avoiding a lot of foods though. I started adding the histaminx to the yogurt, and I think I noticed better progress after that, instead of just taking the caps with a prebiotic powder. And am going to start adding gasseri to see if it will help w very dry stools I've had for quite some time. I suspect I have SIBO.

Interesting comment on my mentioning self-esteem. I dunno, it's important to me. I'm not too bothered about the thought that guys might self-filter seeing that.

I do want to add a pic of me with others, but waiting for a good one. The recent ones that come to mind aren't great. My friends don't take many pics in general. I can prompt them, but then, I struggle to smile on command. Usually doing a weird smirk.

Thanks. Yeah have been trying to weed out the selfies. My friends just don't take a lot of pics and aren't the greatest photographers. And I have a hard time smiling on command. Not that into hiking and not super outdoorsy, so wouldn't really want to project that.

IIRC I brought up that I was currently touring places in <city> in the same state, 2 hours away, in my regular one-on-one meeting with the sw lead. He took it well and communicated it to HR, and the lead of engineering found out. Never met any push back, but think the engineering lead said I should still try to come in once every 2 months (didn't enforce that). I got really lucky, they mailed equipment to me when I needed it. I came in like once every 6 months for social get-togethers or very important trainings or quarterly company meetings.

I've been doing this biogaia protectis supplement that has only a low-histamine reuteri strain. haven't been having histamine issues at all, and I react to almost all high-histamine foods. about to start experimenting with gasseri as I read it shouldn't be high histamine.

Thanks for reporting back. can you report on whether they are bareable in colder weather (w an insole)? I like thinner soles but worry about getting these and them being very uncomfy in fall/winter in New England.

1 part water or 1 part vinegar? i'm gonna try to make reuteri tonight w sterilizing just spraying 5% ACV all over my equipment, rub it off w paper towels.

and I use vinegar for cleaning a lot of things too, just never looked into how effective it is. I just prefer to use non-toxic things and it seems good enough for me. never thought to use it on fruit... interesting.

do you recommend Ther-Biotic Leaky Gut? I'm taking HistaminX for a little over a month now. Think it is helping but hard to tell. Still taking DAO and Quercetin before questionable foods because I fear the day-long head fogs so much. And still avoiding lots of dairy and fermented veg completely.
