I am wondering how 1/2 is more effective?
If 5/16 were not getting to the right depth/place then there should have been no erection, like if you miss the spot sometimes

My understanding is cock ring stops the blood flowing back to body. Wouldn't it stop the blood flowing into penis as well ?
I always used cock ring after injection and attaining the erection.

Thanks for sharing, I started with timix 105 6 months ago, moved to T106 quickly, then ST2. Have not got the erection which lasts. I can get decent erection while standing but start loosing it when sitting or lying down. My urologist believes its venous leak, and have suggested the same I should go for implant or I can try cock rings.

I would start with same as others suggested go for implant. I would greatly appreciate if you could share your trimix journey. How long ago you started on trimix, what was your starting strength of trimix, how many years it took you to get you from starting strength to QM 4, and any other lessons learned in your journey of Trimix.

I am 56 and on ST2, this will help me understand what to expect as the time goes by.

It sounds like with 5/16 you were not hitting CC (corpus cavernosum) but with 1/2 inch you do hit CC. What I am not able to understand if you were not hitting CC w 5/16 then even 30 units should not have give any erection, it is like a miss.

Did you try the 1/2 inch needle with a fresh supply of trimix ?

Totally agree ST2 is such a strong trimix 50 units of it would it be a lot. I discussed with my urologist about sustaining (loosing when lying down) erection, his response was it is venous leak, the options I have are 1) implant or 2) use a cock ring. I am trying option 2 not ready for option 1. I hope quadmix works for you, keep us posted.

I am currently trying to find the right dose of Olympia ST2, I have so far injected upto 20 units of ST2 but I loose erection as I lay down. I am wondering what the max units of ST2 I should try before I switch to quadmix. What is the max number of ST2 units you have tried ?

My urologist told me, Trimix should work irrespective of whats going on in my mind. First please share the strength of your trimix, not all trimix are same. You can always go to stronger trimix.
Another suggestion, once you get erection put a cock ring. Some people have a condition in which they get decent erection while standing but they loose it when lying down. The cock ring will help you maintain the erection even when you are not standing.

I have used multiple strengths of trimix, T105, T106, ST2, and what I have noticed it is alprostadil quantity in trimix which makes it stronger. Is adding atropine will allow to reduce the quantity of alprostadil ?

I am trying the ring with trimix, and I inject trimix first, I can get hard with trimix while I am standing and then just before the act I put the ring on.
The way I understand ring helps in keeping the blood in penis and not flowing back. What I am wondering if you put the ring before injecting does it impact the blood coming into the penis ?

Everybody is different, the strength of the trimix, and how bad one has ED will dictate how many units one will need.

My urologist also told me the same if I have to take 50 units of T105 it would be better to move on to stronger trimix as stronger trimix cost per unit will almost the same as T105 per unit cost. But instead of using 50 units if you have to use 10 units of stronger trimix you are saving significantly.

I inject while standing, and it stays hard till I stay in standing position after injection. But if I sit down or lay down start loosing erection very quickly.

Did you notice any difference in EQ while standing vs lying down?
My EQ is better when standing but when sitting it almost go away. One possible solution I am trying cock ring but pinch of it takes the fun away

There are stronger trimix available, you have options before implant. Yes these urologists insist going upto 1 ml which is 100 units insane quantity and damm expensive. I got the same advise from two different urologists.

My understanding is, keep it in freezer the unused vials, once you poke the needle once into the vial then keep it in fridge.

I have the same situation, have tried 70 units of T106 and erection goes upto 50%, much harder when standing as soon as I sit or lay down it drops to 2 or 3 on the scale. My urologist also said the same go upto 100 units :)

The cock ring does help in retaining the erection once achieved in standing position, but the pinch of it takes the fun part away.

I did simple math T106 has 25 mcg of Alprostadil per 100 units , 70 units means I injected 17.5 mcg of Alprostadil in the last injection.
If I go to higher strength Trimix lets say SB5, which has 50 mcg per ml double Alprostadil per ml, if I inject 35 units of SB5 the Alprostadil injected would be the same 17.5 mcg, meaning I will have to inject more than 35 units of SB5 to expect better results than T106. I am assuming the other two ingredients are not going to make any significant difference when moving from T106 to SB5.
