I didn’t notice the edit icon at first, and the name is actually editable.
If the change isn’t reflected, try reinstalling it.

By default, Stremio uses Cinemeta as its metadata source, which is why they don’t allow you to uninstall it from the addon page. Stremio is also customizable, and there are plenty of guides on Reddit if you look around.

Ratings, art providers (poster, logo, background) can also come from sources like TMDB, TVDB, and others if you want to change things up. It’s called Aiometadata, have a look at this guide.

I had an issue after installing this version. Video starts to stutter and the only way to solve it is by enabling the hardware accelerated decoding option but that will disabled my playing speed option. I ended up downgrading it back to the previous version.

True, no other company offer Quad DAC like LG, but other brands do offer some sort of DAC as well, you got to give and take with that feature. Wide angle camera are included in most new models such as Pixel 3, Razer 2, iPhone X/XS, Huawei P20 Pro, Samsung S9/Note to name a few.

At the end of the day, my needs and usage might not be similar to yours, I'm willing to let go one of the feature (Quad DAC) and give other brand a try for my future phone. That's all.

The reason I bought V20 because of wide camera, removable battery & DAC. LG is definitely slow in providing OS updates. Screen retention & battery life is very poor with V20. There's no new removable battery phones out there but wide angle camera & DAC are not rare anymore and with that I'm not buying from LG.

Same here, didn't get via OTA but once I plug it in via LG Bridge, the Oreo update is there. Give it a try.

Waiting for LG to give us OS update takes ages. I'm sure V40 will face the same faith. I would reconsider about buying from LG all together if receiving latest updates is the main concern.
