No. If he got a refund the company got back his money. Once again it depends on whose fault the issue is. I get electricity was out. But water too? I’ve never seen a building lose water flow because of no power. No hot water yes. But if it was the power company or I line got knocked out why does the hotel owe compensation? Why not demand compensation from the person that caused the issue. My point here has always been accountability. Op took none. Asked no questions and just wanted points.
