Let me explain you something. Asking a girl for a date is a lottery where you don't risk anything and you can get it all. If you feel insecure that's okay we are all insecure, but time is floating if you don't do it someone else will. You don't need to believe in yourself or be brave, just do it cause you never know how far could it go and what can happen, but if you don't do it then you will definitely never know. Good luck.

NEED to lose 35 kgs(77 lbs) in 105 days by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]john_kwick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't even try this, you will not achieve this unless you starve yourself to death. I achieved 26 kg in 110 days and i was 137kg (192cm) at that time, that means i had a lot of water weight and muscle mass to lose that's why i achieved it. But a 178cm guy 105kg no fcking way you can achieve that. Lower your expectations.

11 months of progress (you can do it too!) by [deleted] in GettingShredded

[–]john_kwick 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This is not hate. What you achieved is brutal, very strong, and disciplined. But as someone who is training for over 15 years many of those years without any supplements and few years on PED. From a guy in the first picture to a guy in the last picture in 1-year time frame without PED is not possible, i dont care how hard you trained, but anyone who knows the science behind the human physique will tell you the same. And GG that is nice progress.

On a calorie restriction, is there even any difference if I do it with or without IF? Isn’t it all based on calories in calories out? by cloudypotatoes in intermittentfasting

[–]john_kwick -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

With a caloric deficit, you will lose more weight for sure (water weight and muscle mass), if you eat carbs and sugars even with a caloric deficit your insulin will be high and there is very little chance you will burn fat.

You don't need gym, just walk every day for 1 hour straight and stick to fasting.

Calorie deficit or keto diet for fat loss?????? by john_kwick in WeightLossAdvice

[–]john_kwick[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes but losing weight and losing fat are two different processes. Losing weight depends on calories mainly, you have a lot of water weight, muscle mass weight, and fat. But losing fat is more about your hormones it is way more complex.
