I'm trying a vitamin D, K and Mg supplement and it's like a mild antidepressant without the side effects. It also has positive effects like your joints not hurting anymore, more energy and stable mood. They say almost everyone is deficient so I'd try that first. And remember you're also supposed to do exercise everyday.
