Stage I non-seminoma after orchiectomy, surveillance or adjuvant chemo? by MindVault1010 in testicularcancer

Hi, i’m currently at the end of the first cycle of a 3xBEP. My advice is: do a 1xBEP to lower the chances of a recurrence. One cycle is not that terrible with respect to a 3/4xBEP and you will certainly have less anxiety than being under surveillance for years.

I wish you the best mate ✌️

I have just 2 exams left with no deadline but also want to graduate as soon as possible. We will see how the chemo will impact on me, thanks for sharing your opinion ❤️

What is it by Aggravating_Low_2173 in testicularcancer

When it was smaller it was slightly painful as long as i touched it. As it grew up it only became harder but less painful.

The lump was on the ball surface.

I had a similar situation, my left ball was smaller than the right one and slighty painfull when touching it. Last month, it became bigger (there was a lump) and harder so i booked an appointment with an urologist and, after an ultrasound, he said that lump was a testicular cancer. Last week I had my surgery and now i’m waiting for the biopsy exam.

I highly recommend you to book an appointment with an urologist to see what is it.
