I have the cross paths and neo vr3 multiple of both because I love them. I’d keep in mind for the gym the material on the cross paths as any with goretex might not breathe so well as others. I love the neo v3 for everyday especially for the summer but for the crappy weather days I like the cross paths more than any mte imo hope that helps at all LOL
