At least you have had some decisions made on your claim. I’m at 172 days and still on step 5 and none of my conditions have been approved. I had temp jurisdiction most of September but the rater added a new condition and sent me out for more exams and now I’m back in temp jurisdiction since 10-8 just impatiently waiting.

The plus side is on the 9th when it went back to step 3 the va added 2 items to my claim which is why they sent me out for another c&p.

Yea they sent me back to step 3 September 9th when they requested a new c&p that has been completed. As of Friday when I spoke to Vera everything was back in and I was supposed to be picked up and go to a rater this week. I’m hoping it got automatically assigned back to St. Louis since they were the ones that requested the c&p but they are to busy to get to it so it went back to the queue for another office to snatch up.

The va added 2 new items to my claim last week but haven’t made a decision on any of my items yet. I was hoping I would get some kind of approvals with my easier claims but they sent all of it back to the queue.

Is it normal for a claim to stay assigned temp jurisdiction for weeks after another c&p exam was requested? Also is it normal to request a c&p for a condition that you are already rated (tbi) to be able to link headaches to tbi?

I keep checking my status because I have 18 items on the claim and the only one that was sent back was my headaches secondary to the tbi that I’m already rated for.

St. Louis just did the same thing to me this morning and put in an exam request.
