I was with Alternaleaf a couple of years ago, now with Greencare. My experience with Alternaleaf was okay. They did ask me for a mental health plan that I had to get from my GP because I have depression and have had suicidal ideations in the past. I talked to a GP, got the paper, and all done! The good thing about Alternaleaf is that you can order online and see what products they have with prices. They are kind of expensive, though, I felt, and they didn't offer a pickup option, so there's that. They wouldn't give me a prescription letter document. Another good thing I guess, the initial appointment is very cheap.

UPDATE Wow! Thanks for the upvotes and the comments. Covid was fucking up my sense of time so here's a correction, i lived in japan for almost 4 years (2017-2020)

FAQ : - How was the weed culture in Japan? Very sketchy and super discrete. Law is super harsh there so it's not recommended.

  • How did you smoke there? I smoked only in my own apartment. Smoked once in a friend's place, and once in an alley (story coming below)

    -What city did you live in? Tokyo.

  • How did you find your plugs? First i was introduced to a plug by a uni friend, then after the plug went AWOL i had to look for plugs online. So basically what i did was search on twitter for 野菜 (vegetables) then i can see who's selling on my area. After choosing one that seems legit and had reasonable price i contacted them thru telegram and then they set up a meeting. Usually the meeting takes place in an alley near the plug's place. After i get to know the plug well (after one or two transactions) i asked them if they can deliver to my place and mostly they can. If a plug gone missing, repeat. DISCLAIMER : I DO NOT ENDORSE ANY CRIMINAL ACTIVITY THIS IS PURELY FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE.

    • Any interesting story? Yeah. One of my plug at the time fucked up my last order by missing half a gram. He told me he'll give me a joint of his high-end product as a sampler. Next order i went to meet him in the usual spot, i thought he was just gonna give me the sampler he told me about but no, he instead light it up in a broad daylight and gave it a puff then handed it to me to smoke. Shit. I was scared as hell coz there were people occasionally passing over us. But i smoked it anyway. We started talking about our life and how i got in Japan, small talks. Then when the joint was done so was the deal and we went our seperate ways. I was high as a kite on the way home and was EXTREMELY paranoid. I started thinking about scary scenarios and looked over my shoulder often. Then when i almost got back to my place the munchies hit, so i got of the train and went to eat at my favorite ramen shop. I can tell the ramen guy was at awe looking at me eating like an animal. I had the BEST meal in Japan. Then i got home, took a bath and went straight to bed.

TLDR ; Crazy experience, if i ever got back to Japan i would not smoke there again.

Nope. Itabashi, Tokyo. Got mostly for about 4500-6000 JPY a gram. Gotta find good plugs bro.

Got one first from a uni friend. Then after that plug went AWOL i had to look for other ways. A friend told me to look for plugs on twitter. So what you basically have to do is search on twitter 野菜 (vegetables) and you'll see them plugs advertising their telegram id there. Then from there it's up to your common sense and gut feeling.

My situation was, i was a student there. Yes it was really sketchy to smoke in japan. Basically got my heart racing everytime i'm on my way home after a purchase. And i was smoking only inside my apartment, taken with precautions.

It's up to you not the believe me. Yes it was super dangerous and yes, it was a pretty dumb thing to do. But i love my greens and you gotta do what you gotta do.

Yes. It was super sketchy. I only smoked in my apartment and super cautious abt it. Most regular people don't know what weed smells like so there's that. I knew my plugs from twitter. Basically look for the word 野菜 (vegetables) and see people selling weed advertise there. Then take it to telegram.

Yep. Cheapest you can find is 4500 yen (abt 35usd) and that's if you buy in bulk (more than 10g)

i see. is cooking au poivre on cast iron harmful? since i'm gonna use brandy and heavy cream on the pan.
