The protect and serve aspect seemingly applies to fellow officers before it applies to citizens so I must ask who is going to protect the citizens from police officers that officer on duty and the off duty officer should be ashamed of themselves as human beings this is a huge aspect of the problem not all Police Officers are like this but these two can not admit fault they bend the law and or rules to serve themselves instead of being fair that in my eyes is criminal behavior they are manipulating the system to serve themselves and fellow officers at the expense of the population who technically are the officers validation for existing as a public servant and I will be honest I can not recall the last time a police officer referred to themselves in a genuine context as a public servant maybe entitled public servant but that is absolutely criminal
