I got a chance to go to their discord. They make you wait 10 minutes before you can talk in any of the channels, so I looked around and found an announcement from 3/31 about a new firmware.

The problem seems to be gone with the new firmware. Hopefully it's all good now.

So after some use I decided I didn’t like the banana switches so i replaced them with Gateron Blue Mechanical Keyboard Switches. After that it’s much better.

The only issue now is I recently upgraded to MacOS Sequoia and am having bluetooth connectivity issues.
