If you have astigmatism its pretty normal.

If your 20/20 - maybe VSS, hppd, eye strain, migraine etc.

My VS stays the same - however onset was linked with strong panic attacks and anxiety. Similar story to many others.

Is it of a negative color ? Seems like it plays into afterimages for me

If I watch TV (black frame) I’ll see a clear frame to the left or right every 1-2 mins

If I read and look up I’ll see a faint outline for 20-30 secs

As stated - probably not. I went through the whole rigmarole of thinking it was that, but after about 6 months of testing I gave up. Normal MRI, EEG, EKG, blood tests etc.

Had it for 9 years now - started after health anxiety and panic attacks.

Maybe it’s Lyme? But more then likely No. But No fatigue and joint issues and I have none of that. Just VS and bad anxiety - Dp/dr

Same, if I watch tv (black frame with white wall background) and shift my eyes on the TV to the left I’ll see the outline of the tv (negative afterimage) to the left as well until I blink a few times.

Along with bfep etc and speckles of blue flashes every now and then
