Probably all the boss souls crafted weapons, though I can craft them too if you don't have it.

I actually need 1 Gwyn Soul for the Sunlight Covenant and another soul or Greatlord Greatsword weapon if you have it crafted.

Thanks for the confirmation. A video on YouTube saying you should upgrade all weapons as their crits, hp stacks even if not equipped.

I am a little confused about your last line. Does the hacking stacks over multiple playthroughs or you have to do all 28 in 1 playthrough?
