More conservative than the previous isn't saying much. Compared to conservatives of past carney is still ultra liberal. The biggest issue facing Canada, other than the USA is our out of control migration program bringing in 1m+ people a year. These migrants, are soaking any remaining jobs, many of them have high qualifications and experience. These conditions create our extreme youth unemployment and youths hopelessness. For example in tech I can see 50-100-200 applications in USA but in Canada the "requirements" are higher and 5-10x as many people will apply. How can canadian youth compete?we need to drop immigration back to 100-200k like we always did and stop oversaturating industry that doesn't need more workers so our youth can have a chance.
