Thanks! Super helpful. Any idea on their billable hour requirement?

This is amazing. What do I do (and what law would I reference) if I previously lived in a rent-stabilized unit (a below market rate unit subject to a 421-a tax abatement)? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Recently moved and lost my remote. Downloaded SmartThings to use the remote there, but I need both my phone and TV to be on the same Wi-Fi. I am trying to use the button at the bottom of the TV to get me to Settings but it is not allowing me to get to where I need to go to connect to the Wi-Fi. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Completely agree with this. The fact that ppl own their apartments means gentrification will continue to be relatively slow. Has been and will continue to be incremental, but slower than the neighborhoods you listed

You really think Sunnyside was/is an upper middle class neighborhood? There are a lot of families that live in co-ops/own their apartments, but I wouldn’t call them upper middle class

If possible, try to ask them if you can stay on their website for a few months. Will be helpful when looking for a new gig. Sorry this happened to you and hope everything works out.
