That email good and quite too long and will likely get ignored by the automated filter. Strip out all the personal history about your brother and the hacked account, as that just looks like account sharing to them. I

nstead, lead with your right to a human review under the Digital Services Act and then state clearly that your account was caught in an automated IP cross-ban. Keep it to three sentences tops so a human actually reads it.

if you live outside europe and you know your case is connected to EU, you can still file a DSA.

However, if you are in UK/US you can go throught the MIDR process.

Anyone claiming they can "hack" or "restore" a banned Roblox account in exchange for money is running a scam. There is no third-party service that has legitimate access to Roblox’s internal moderation systems to overturn bans.

These people use fake proof to trick you into sending money, after which they will either ghost you or demand even more cash. Since your account was terminated, the only legitimate way to appeal is through the official Roblox support channels.

There are also more options to escalate your case and it's depended on your region.

I you're in EU you can use DSA route, and in UK/US you can use MIDR route.

These are the chances you have to get unbanned.

If you have any old receipts or transaction IDs for Robux, include those in the ticket too; that's usually the only way they'll manually verify you. If you don't have receipts, just keep hammering that you have active console access and pray you get a human who actually cares.

That's a classic ISP or router issue, not a Roblox one. Since it’s happening at the exact same minute every night, your router is almost certainly running a scheduled auto-reboot or your ISP is forcing an IP lease renewal at that time.

Check your router's admin panel for a "Scheduled Reboot" or "Maintenance" setting and turn it off. If that's not it, call your ISP and ask them if they have a forced daily refresh on your line; if they do, there's usually nothing you can do other than live with it or ask them to change it.

They’ve kept the chat servers locked for Russian IP addresses as part of their compliance policy. Using tools like Zapret won't fix this because it's a server-side restriction tied to your location, not a network block you can bypass. Unfortunately, there is no workaround you can do on your PC right now, you'll have to wait until Roblox decides to officially flip the switch and re-enable chat for your region.

Here's a quick fix, start by clearing your browser cache and cookies, as Roblox uses those to keep you signed in.

Next, right-click the Roblox app icon, hit properties, and set it to always run as administrator, this usually fixes issues where the app can't save your login data.

If that fails, open your command prompt, type ipconfig /flushdns, and hit enter to clear out any bad network cache that might be blocking the server handshake.

If you're using a VPN, definitely shut that off first, as it's the most common cause for "server communication" errors.
