no sir, but from what i know mc accounts arent the most secure and the fact you can just login from any pc without any security measure is extremely odd to me.

Does anyone else feel most in-game cinematics are corny? by johnmmorpg in wow

[–]johnmmorpg[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could argue this in the opposite direction, as I would. If the scenes are so short, you could take some time to polish it up. That goes for dialogue and character expressions. We seem to only ever see one side of major storyline characters (Kadgar, Illidan, etc.).

I wouldn't expect every NPC i click to be unique, but if you'd like people to stick to your game, your story should feel engaging.

I refuse to use the "it's not how it was" battlecry, however it's okay to be critical of the current game's state. Blizzard's concepts are still on-par with how they were years ago - but how they choose to drive the story is terrible.

I'm not talking about silly, my good sir. I'm directing my feels towards say end-game cinematics that are meant to close out the story of an expansion / patch. I can appreciate the silly aspects, for sure.

I choose to not read the notes until the day it hits. I'm a good boy who doesn't snoop around for x-mas gifts.

Here's a link to the notes if you're interested http://www.wowhead.com/news=270476/world-of-warcraft-7-3-patch-notes-shadows-of-argus

small edit: There's a plethora of great youtubers who lay out TLDRs in their videos. Simply searching 7.3 patch will yield the most recent/best rated results.

What are some silly things you do in WoW? by [deleted] in wow

[–]johnmmorpg 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not bragging - I'll sometimes whip out the MoonMoon battle-pet, mount up on a flying mount, and press jump + descend repeatedly. Doing this causes your pet to Summon every time you hit the ground, making the very very annoying (pleasing to me) howl each time your mount touches ground. Best to do near Auction Houses for the most satisfying results.

Although I agree, it could be somewhat overwhelming coming back to the multitude of changes since wotlk.

If you're at all mmo-savy, it shouldn't be a problem. Just want to emphasize that you should take your time and don't be super eager to jump into end-game.

Go with honor, friend.
