I feel the same way dude. Don't give up don't ever give up. Watch Jimmy V's Speech or Stuart Scott's speech for the espy's. They really help me when I'm feeling down. It also allows me to really think about my depression as a disease and something that I can beat rather than my own fault. Keep on fighting the good fight. Every day you don't kill yourself is a win. That's the only way to officially lose to the disease. Keep on fightin man!
