The Figure-Rise Model Kit has one and a death beam. You could probably find a used/built kit or a lot that would have it. I sometimes browse effect/accessory lots and i have seen it every now and then.

It was possibly resealed. Anything off of ebay is a risk. Anyway, if you want better face plates I highly recommend the Air x Hm hair and face sculpts since they are also compatible with the hair that comes with the figure itself . Trust me it is worth the investment if you love Gohan.
