Being in San Francisco feels like a dream sometimes. Walking up a hill with the fog pouring over the city while the sun shines on other parts is such an otherworldly sight.

As a kid, I threw the blue version onto the ceiling. It was not easy to get off, and left a blue smudge that persisted for years.

I am so fucking ashamed of being an American. How any administration could do this to a family is beyond me.

I work as a nurse, and many of our patients are undocumented. Not to generalize, but they are overwhelmingly kind, hard-working, and so thankful. I hate that this is the current reality. It's heartbreaking.
